The pool at Cinco Ribeiras is a sheltered and shallow diving spot. It is suitable for divers with any level of experience, including snorkelling. The cave exploration experience is reserved for more experienced divers.

This main feature of this spot is its lack of rocky surface. Diving is at a depth of 15 to 16 metres.
